The collaborative beekeeping project names Lact’Api was born last year in our Cooperative. 🐝🍯
3 beehives were installed last year on one of our sites in order either to preserve biodiversity or create links between employees.
Today, to continue to meet these objectives, the group has purchased and distributed anti-hornet traps for all employees and cooperative members.
Indeed, since start of spring nest founding queens lay thousands of specimens that will devour pollinating insects, including bees, and plunder the hives a little later in the season.
Thus, by multiplying the traps, the chance of catching founding queens increases considerably.💪
